Job Title: Finishing - Packer/Inspector
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finishing - Packer/Inspector to join our client's team in Spartanburg. This position is responsible for inspecting printed packaging for quality and accurately packing finished products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect printed cartons for defects such as smudges, misprints, or damages

Pack finished products into cases, bundles, or containers according to specifications

Ensure accurate counts, labels, and packaging materials

Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety standards

Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor

Assist with other finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Previous experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing preferred

Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
-
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs

Basic math and reading comprehension

Dependable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude
