Manufacturing Associate
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Pay: $18–$20/hr BOE
Shifts Available:
-
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:10 p.m.

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:10 p.m.
Job Duties:
-
Set up and operate dynamic balancing equipment for precision compressor rotors.

Complete required production and inspection documentation.

Deburr parts using rotary pneumatic tools.
-
Assist with cleaning, packing, and preparing parts for shipment.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

Participate in cross-training for additional shop floor tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a Schenk Balancing Machine or similar precision machinery is a preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for a full shift and perform hands-on tasks.

Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
