Our client in Greer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties Include:
Provide customers with order updates via phone or email
Work directly with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Research potential new customers
Enter orders into the system accurately
Mail out customer giveaways and promotional materials
Schedule appointments for sales representatives
Type at least 40 WPM with a 99% accuracy rate
Qualifications:
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Logistics experience preferred
