Job Full Description
Our client is seeking experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators:
The Sewing Operator assembles product parts using sewing machines with limited supervision. Duties include receiving parts, threading needles, adjusting machine settings, and returning completed items to the workflow. Operators must maintain quality standards, meet production goals, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform sewing tasks to assemble product parts.
Learn part order, thread needles, and make basic machine adjustments.
Meet required quality and efficiency standards.
Support team goals and help improve production processes.
Operator Levels:
Level 1: (pay $16)
Use one machine to assemble products.
Maintain 97% quality and 80% efficiency within 90 days.
Level 2: ($17)
Operate 2–3 machines as needed.
Maintain 97% quality and 95% efficiency; perform minor repairs.
Level 3: ($17.50)
Fully cross-trained on all machines and products.
Maintain 97% quality and 105% efficiency; assist with repairs and training.
