Job Full Description
Counter Sales Associate.
Pay: $17/hour.
Location: Gaffney, SC.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Interaction & Sales.

Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.

Assist customers—primarily HVAC/R contractors—with product selection, technical questions, and purchases.

Process customer orders, including invoicing, credits, returns, and order fulfillment.

Recommend additional or alternative products to support customer needs and increase sales.
Sales Support & Order Processing

Use computer systems to research products, check inventory, and complete sales transactions.

Cross-reference part numbers and suggest compatible or substitute items when needed.
Inventory & Warehouse Duties
-
Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders.
-
Load and unload inventory from shelves, company vehicles, and customer vehicles.

Receive, break down, and stock incoming shipments.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, or related products preferred

Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50lbs
-
Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and working in a warehouse setting

Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory and office systems
