Weekend Shift – Wash Bay Associate.
Location: Spartanburg, SC.
Pay: $15/hour.
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
Bonus: Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours.
Job Overview:
We are hiring a dependable Weekend Shift Wash Bay Associate to join a small production team responsible for cleaning and repairing formwork used at construction sites. This is a hands-on, physical role in a wet environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash formwork panels using a 15,000–20,000 PSI pressure washer

Clean and repair dirty construction formwork so it can be returned to customers

Use hand tools such as drills, scrapers, extruders, and nail pullers

Operate overhead cranes (1-ton jib crane and 1-ton bridge crane) to lift and stack panels

Work as part of a 2–3 person production line

Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area
Requirements:

Comfortable working in a wet and physically demanding environment

Ability to use hand tools and industrial equipment

Willingness to learn crane operation (training provided if needed)

Reliable attendance for weekend shifts
