Chemical Coating Lab Technician

$19–$21 per hour
We are seeking a detail oriented Chemical Coating Lab Technician to support the daily operation and chemical control of an industrial coating system in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Position Overview:
This role plays a key part in maintaining coating quality, system balance, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:

Monitor coating systems to ensure quality and consistency

Perform chemical titrations and maintain proper system balance

Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and communicate corrective actions

Record test results and track data using Excel
-
Maintain chemical inventory
-
Review SDS and ensure proper PPE compliance
-
Support ISO and IATF quality standards
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Forklift experience required
-
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
