Sanitation Operator – Food Manufacturing
Job Summary:
The Sanitation Operator is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facility areas to ensure a safe, food-grade environment that meets company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize production lines, equipment, and work areas

Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning

Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures

Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals
-
Complete sanitation logs and documentation accurately

Assist with changeovers and support production as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous sanitation or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wet, cold, or hot environments
-
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
Pay $17, shift diff 2nd $1.25, 3rd $2.00
