Job Title: CDL Class A Delivery Driver (Ice Distribution)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our ice distribution team. This role involves delivering packaged ice to retail and commercial customers using a refrigerated box-style truck. Drivers play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining product quality, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a refrigerated box truck to deliver bagged ice to retail stores, convenience stores, and commercial locations

Load, transport, and unload ice products at designated stops along assigned routes

Set up and maintain ice merchandisers/freezer boxes at customer locations as needed

Follow established delivery routes and schedules (typically 8–10 hours per day)

Ensure proper product handling to maintain quality and prevent damage

Complete delivery logs, inspection reports, and required paperwork accurately

Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license
-
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Current DOT physical and valid medical card

Ability to lift and move heavy bags of ice repeatedly throughout the day

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Previous delivery or route driving experience preferred
