Open, refresh, inspect, and close all market-ready units daily, reporting any maintenance needs.

Meet with potential tenants, provide guided tours, and discuss pricing and amenities in English and Spanish.

Prepare and process leases and necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Run credit verifications, track prospective tenants, and follow up on all leads.

Maintain records of transactions and move-in/move-out documents.

Properly store and maintain resident files.

Collect rents and fees, ensuring correct payment, posting, and deposits.

Generate and process necessary legal documents per State and Company guidelines.

Respond appropriately to emergencies (criminal activity, injuries, fires, floods, etc.).

Assist maintenance staff at the Property Manager's direction when needed.

Complete lease renewals, including pre-renewal inspections.

Attend weekly/daily office staff meetings.

Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Enforce company policies and property regulations consistently.

Distribute community notices as necessary.
-
Maintain a professional, friendly, and bilingual presence at all times.

Ensure cleanliness and safety across property amenities, including walkways, pool, and laundry areas.

Record and communicate work orders to maintenance.

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Fair Housing certification (must be obtained before interacting with residents).

Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and community software applications.

Availability to work weekends.

Professional, clean appearance throughout workday.

Positive attitude and ability to engage with residents cheerfully.

Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Spanish.

Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto registration, and insurance for occasional work-related transportation.
