Job Title: Driver / Staging Associate
Job Summary:
The Driver / Staging Associate is responsible for safely transporting goods, equipment, or materials to designated locations and assisting with the staging, setup, and organization of items upon arrival. This role supports logistics and operations by ensuring timely deliveries and efficient staging for events, installations, or job site readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles to transport items to and from various locations.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring secure and damage-free handling.
- Assist with staging and setup of equipment, furniture, or supplies at job sites or event locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and vehicles.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Follow delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with warehouse or site teams to ensure accurate inventory and placement.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs).
- Experience in driving vans, box trucks, or similar vehicles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of staging, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
