Production Helper – $18–$20/hr DOE
Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Occasional OT
We’re seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Production Helper to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop. This role supports machine operators and shop leads with hands-on tasks and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily production tasks under direction from shop leads and machine operators

Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (safety glasses, cut-resistant sleeves/gloves, safety toe shoes)
Dress Code & Schedule

Long work-style pants or denim required

Clothing must be free of suggestive or offensive language/art

30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks as directed by shop leadership
