Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders via phone, email, and in person; enter into sales system.
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing, inventory levels, and expected in-stock dates.
- Process customer credit card payments.
- Invoice orders and prepare paperwork for delivery drivers.
- Assist with inventory management, including entering receipts and adjustments.
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivate with strong time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
