Job Full Description
Supervise and coordinate all second shift warehouse and production personnel.
Ensure all customers orders are processed accurately and efficiently and shipped on time.
Maintain safe work environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, safety topics and operational updates. Monitor Employee attendance, performance and work quality, be familiar with steel parts and equipment.
Coordinate workflow between saws, burn tables, cranes loading operations and shipping.
Ensure equipment inspections are completed.
Train and develop employees to improve skills and prepare future leaders.
