Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $12–$15 per hour (based on experience)
We’re a trusted local building supply company dedicated to providing top-quality products and customer service. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

Scan, file, and maintain organized electronic and paper records

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation and data tracking

Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
