Job Title: Entry-Level HR Clerk
Location: Amarillo, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: [Insert pay range if known]
Duration: Temporary – approx. 1 month (potential to be extended)
Dress Code: Business Casual

This temporary position is ideal for someone friendly, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll be the first face people see when they walk in the door and the helpful voice on the other end of the phone—playing a key role in creating a great first impression.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet walk-in visitors and applicants with a warm, professional attitude

  • Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork

  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to complete basic office tasks
