Service Administrator Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Professional Communication Skills:
- Must be pleasant and courteous on the phone.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, technicians, and internal staff.
- Friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Typing & Technology Skills:
- Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute with accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of emails and online communication.
- Customer & Technician Support:
- Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, customers, and technicians.
- Provide support to technicians in coordinating service calls, parts, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and scheduling.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the Service Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and data entry as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service or technical environment is a plus.
