Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & HR Systems:

Process bi-weekly payroll and related reports
-
Maintain PTO and EIB balances
-
Manage payroll deductions and route appropriately
-
Administer and update the HRMS system; support other users
-
Process Personnel Action Requests (PARs) accurately and timely
- Responsible for processing all quarterly and annual tax payments
Compliance & Records:
-
Maintain secure and compliant employee personnel files
-
Conduct background checks and driving record verifications
-
Oversee vendor contracts and drug testing program
-
Respond to employment verification and audit requests
-
Generate reports for internal and external use
HR Support:
-
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and reference checks
-
Support benefits administration and HR team as needed
-
Track positions for budget planning
-
Provide accurate, timely responses to information requests
-
Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
-
Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience required
-
HR Generalist experience and professional certification preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
-
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
-
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Texas driver’s license
-
Available for occasional travel
