Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for a hands-on team member to join a fertilizer supplier in Clarendon, TX. This is a physical, all-weather role where you’ll be involved in every step of the process—from mixing and packaging product to loading trucks and helping customers. You’ll work alongside 1–2 other team members and eventually take on light logistics and computer work.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and load/unload trucks.
- Lift and handle 55 lb. bags of product regularly.
- Mix fertilizer according to established instructions and procedures.
- Wrap pallets and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist farmers and other customers with loading and product needs.
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Scan and track inventory; perform light computer and logistics tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a physical, hands-on environment.
- Comfortable working in heat, cold, and other outdoor conditions.
- Experience with forklifts or willingness to be trained.
- Strong attention to detail when following mixing instructions.
- Good customer service skills and a team-player mindset.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm with frequent overtime.
