Job Title: Title Clerk/Office Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk/Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle the processing of titles and related paperwork, while also providing general office support to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify title paperwork for trailers and equipment

Ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations

Maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and related documents

Communicate with customers and state agencies regarding title issues

Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service

Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed

Support sales and service departments with paperwork and office tasks
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in an administrative/office assistant role preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
