Job Title: Outdoor Cleaner – Feedyard (Hereford, TX)
Pay: $15.00-$17.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating schedule (10-hour shifts; 4 on / 3 off or 3 on / 4 off)

Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Outdoor Cleaner to join a busy feedyard in Hereford, TX. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across outdoor work areas. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities

Perform general outdoor cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, and washing surfaces.

Clean and maintain common areas, walkways, and workspaces around the feedyard.

Handle trash removal and disposal in accordance with safety and sanitation procedures.

Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.

Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment safely.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Work efficiently with minimal supervision and maintain a consistent work pace.
Requirements

Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather (heat, cold, wind, dust, etc.).

Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Willingness to work rotating 10-hour shifts (4 on / 3 off or 3 on / 4 off), including weekends.

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Prior cleaning or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
