Part-Time Leasing Agent / Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday (Flexible)
Hours: Approximately 4–6 hours per day (examples: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Location: Local, small property management company overseeing ~10 properties
Future Opportunity: Potential to transition into a full-time role
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Leasing Agent/Assistant to support day-to-day leasing and administrative needs for a small portfolio of residential properties. This role is ideal for a college student or someone looking for flexible hours in a customer-facing office environment. Prior leasing experience is a plus but not required — we are happy to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for prospective and current tenants

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service

Assist with scheduling property showings and coordinating appointments

Support leasing activities, including basic application assistance and follow-up

Perform light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization

Assist with general office tasks to support property management operations

Travel locally between properties as needed
Qualifications

3–6 months of office or administrative experience required

Multifamily or property management experience is a plus, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service mindset and professionalism

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently

Comfortable working with the public in a service-oriented role
