Customer Service Representative / Collections Support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM–4:55 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: $13.50/hr
Dress Code: Business Casual (slacks/blouse)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support multiple departments in a fast-paced office environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with computers, and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and assist inbound customer calls (high call volume environment)

Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone and in person

Help customers set up and navigate online portal accounts

Research customer accounts and document information accurately

Prepare and track delinquent accounts for submission

Enter and update data in logs and spreadsheets

Follow established policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Comfortable learning new software systems

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
