Job Full Description

SCOPE:                 Provide support and administrative assistance to Sales & Office Departments.

 

SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Proficient in MS Office Suites / Outlook
• Customer Service
• Typing / Filing /Multi Phone Lines

 

     RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Clerical work for Sales department as needed.
• Data entry of warranties, complaints, NCMR’s and returned goods.
• Warehouse inventories and records up-keep.
• Assist with monthly reports including but not limited to drives sold, drives shipped, order cancellations, and backlog.
• Phone rollover responsibilities.
• Special Projects when required by the President, Director of Sales, and Business Development.
• Calendar update and mailouts.
• Input customer updates and add new customers in M2M.
• Manage incoming and out-going mailing process.
• Scan, file drive cards and sales orders.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
