Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You Will Do:
- Contact medical, dental, and long-term care providers to resolve claim discrepancies
- Communicate professionally by phone and email
- Research account information and document updates in internal systems
- Maintain accurate notes and track progress on accounts
- Work toward daily and weekly goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependability and interest in long-term employment
Preferred (but not required):
- Call center or office customer service experience
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or billing environments
