Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a Low Voltage Electrician to work in our Austin office as the company continues to grow throughout Texas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on new and renovation construction projects in a safe and professional manner
- Installation of panels, conduit, wire, controllers, and sensors for HVAC control systems
- Documentation of as built/ shop drawings to document how projects are installed in the field
- Communication with the onsite foreman, project manager and programmers
- Assurance of customer satisfaction, through the delivery of high-quality finished work
Qualifications:
- Must be able to bend ½”, ¾”, 1” conduit
- Previous experience in electrical or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to carry and work on an 8’ ladder
- Ability to pass a background check to work on school projects
- Ability to pass a drug test to work on large commercial projects
