Job Full Description
Ø Overseeing the production of custom crates and pallets.
Ø Ensuring quality control for all crating and palletized products.
Ø Managing inventory of crating materials and finished goods.
Ø Supervising a team of crating and pallet builders.
Ø Optimizing crating and palletizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ø Collaborating with logistics and operations teams to meet shipping deadlines.
Ø Maintaining a safe working environment.
Ø Training new employees on crating and pallet building techniques.
Ø Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Ø Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
