Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bastrop, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Bastrop, TX. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive the correct materials they need — on time and with care. If you’re motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be working in a clean, bright, and safety-focused warehouse, helping with both assembly and warehouse tasks. This is a hands-on position that includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory work — all while supporting a team dedicated to top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials manually or with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Pick and pack customer orders accurately for shipment.

Assemble basic parts using hand tools – no live electrical components will be present.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.

Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required for communication on the floor.

Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.

Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly work is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
