Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: South Austin
Shifts Available: 4 shifts available – must be open to weekends and 6- or 12-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $22/HR
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate machinery to assist with manufacturing products safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate basic machines to produce or process materials.

Load raw materials and unload finished products.

Monitor machine operations to ensure proper performance.

Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.

Inspect parts and products for quality and accuracy.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role is a plus.

Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and work on your feet for long periods.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Open to working weekends, overtime, and varied shift lengths.
