Job Title: Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Order Picker / Reach Truck)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire, full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a stand-up order picker and reach truck in a warehouse environment and will be dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate stand-up order picker and reach truck safely and efficiently

Pick, stage, and move product according to work orders and procedures

Load and unload materials within the warehouse

Maintain accurate inventory handling and documentation

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience operating stand-up order picker and reach truck

Prior warehouse or distribution center experience

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
