Production Associate
Location: Bastrop, TX
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift Differential: 15% for night shifts
Schedule: Full‑Time | Overtime Required
Job Summary
We are hiring Production Associates for a client located in Bastrop, Texas. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, are dependable, and are willing to work consistent overtime (averaging approximately 10 hours per week). Strong communication, attention to detail, and a stable work history are critical.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands‑on production and assembly tasks
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety requirements
- Meet production, quality, and efficiency standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team production goals in a high‑volume environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on or manufacturing experience
- Fewer than 4 jobs in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Updated resume required
- Strong reliability and communication skills
- Texas‑based candidates preferred (relocation at own expense if outside the area)
Available Shifts
Rotating Wednesday schedule (every other Wednesday required):
- A Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday – Wednesday
- B Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Sunday – Wednesday (15% differential)
- C Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Wednesday – Saturday
- D Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Wednesday – Saturday (15% differential)
