Warehouse Associate
Location: Bastrop, TX
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift Differential: 15% for night shifts
Schedule: Full‑Time | Overtime Required
Job Summary
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a client in Bastrop, TX. This role supports warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations. Candidates should have warehouse experience, be safety‑focused, and be comfortable working overtime in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment
- Perform shipping and receiving functions
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Track and manage inventory accurately
- Use ERP or warehouse management systems
- Maintain safety, organization, and productivity standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift experience required
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Experience with inventory control and ERP systems
- Fewer than 4 jobs in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Updated resume required
- Willingness to work overtime
- Texas‑based candidates preferred (relocation at own expense if outside the area)
Available Shifts
Rotating Wednesday schedule (every other Wednesday required):
- A Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday – Wednesday
- B Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Sunday – Wednesday (15% differential)
- C Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Wednesday – Saturday
- D Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Wednesday – Saturday (15% differential)
