Pay Rate:
- $18.50/hour – Day Shift
- $19.00/hour – Night Shift
Sign-On Bonus: $100 upon completion of onboarding

Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Airport Cargo Warehouse Associates to support cargo operations in a fast-paced airport environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and attendance.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Shift assignments rotate every 90 days based on freight volume and operational needs
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and move air freight cargo
- Build and break down pallets
- Operate warehouse equipment (as assigned)
- Follow all safety, security, and airport regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Adaptability to changing schedules every 90 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to pass required background checks and pre-employment screening
