Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Pick & Pack Associates to support material handling and inventory operations within a manufacturing warehouse environment. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity, meaning strong performance and reliable attendance can lead to permanent employment with the client.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform pick and pack duties with a strong focus on accuracy
- Select, pack, and stage materials for production and shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and data entry
- Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, including reallocations
- Organize materials and storage areas to maintain a clean, efficient workspace
- Kit and stage materials required for manufacturing builds
- Track inbound materials from vendors and support QA inspection processes
- Assist with inventory tracking and shipping reports as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Pick & Pack and warehouse experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Prior manufacturing or production-support warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
