Manufacturing Operator - South Austin

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift:
Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay:
$19.50/hour | Weekly Pay!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and verification of electronic assemblies in a technical, computer-based environment
- Follow work instructions on a computer screen and accurately enter production data
- Execute production schedules and identify opportunities for quality and process improvements
- Work closely with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts
- Troubleshoot operational issues and assist with problem resolution
- Use the PLEX ERP system to enter inventory and production transactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Knowledge of semiconductors or surface-mount technology is a plus
- Ability to lift and move product as needed
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working around bright lights
- Ability to work near high-voltage equipment
- Must be able to stand and walk for most or all of the shift
