Manufacturing Coordinator
Our client in the Conroe area is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams, and ensuring products are built and shipped on time while maintaining quality standards.

Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience. Position may be offered as hourly or salaried depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules
- Spend the majority of the day on the manufacturing floor supporting production associates
- Monitor workflow and help resolve production issues
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
- Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Communicate production priorities and provide support to manufacturing personnel
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing leadership, coordination, or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on the production floor for extended periods
- Computer proficiency and experience with manufacturing systems is a plus
