Machine Operator (Night Shift)- $18.00/Hr
A local company in Conroe, TX is searching for a Machine Operator to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp-hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production machinery and equipment. Schedule:
- Night Shift: 6 PM-4 AM M - Th (schedule may vary)
Summary of essential job functions:
- Operate plastic molding machinery.
- Paint various parts, including valves and inserts, at a fast pace.
- Trim excess material from parts for final completion.
- Perform visual quality inspections of finished products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain assigned equipment and work areas according to company cleanliness procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to work in hot environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team goals
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to constantly lift up to 50 lbs.
