Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Pharr, Mission, Edinburg, and McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: Starting at $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:50 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Saturday work may be required for coverage at a location

  • 1-hour lunch break

We are currently seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily banking operations at multiple branch locations in Pharr, Mission, Edinburg, and McAllen, TX. As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of tellers, universal tellers, and new account representatives, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Team Leadership:

    • Oversee daily operations of tellers, universal tellers, and new account representatives.

    • Ensure adherence to banking procedures and regulatory compliance.

    • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.

  • Operational Excellence & Compliance:

    • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring accurate transactions and managing cash drawers.

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Customer Service & Problem Resolution:

    • Ensure the team provides excellent customer service.

    • Handle complex transactions and resolve customer complaints.

    • Guide staff in professionally addressing customer concerns.

  • Staff Development & Scheduling:

    • Assist with hiring, training, and the professional development of staff.

    • Manage work schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all locations.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to enhance service levels and operational processes.

    • Optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous banking experience required, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to train and mentor employees in banking operations.

  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel between branch locations as needed.
