Location: Pharr, TX
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the billing system, ensuring accurate invoicing

Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies

Generate financial reports and assist in monthly closing procedures

Oversee accounts payable and receivable files and records

Support general financial management and analysis functions
Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years of experience in an accounting-related role

Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong familiarity with financial systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills
