Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Pharr, Mission, Edinburg, and McAllen, TX (travel between branches required; mileage reimbursement provided)
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:50 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:50 AM – 5:30 PM
-
Saturday work may be required for location coverage

Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Job Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Leadership

Lead tellers, universal tellers, and new account representatives across multiple locations

Provide training, performance feedback, and employee evaluations

Schedule staff and ensure appropriate coverage at all branches

Motivate team members to meet service and sales goals

Assist in hiring and supporting professional growth
Operational Excellence & Compliance

Oversee teller line and new account functions for accuracy and efficiency

Monitor and balance cash drawers, vaults, and transactions
-
Manage cash levels and coordinate shipments
-
Conduct audits to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance
-
Support implementation of new products and services
Customer Service & Problem Resolution

Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Handle complex transactions and customer complaints with professionalism

Mentor team members in resolving issues and enhancing service delivery

Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations and satisfaction
Requirements:
-
Previous banking experience required; supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software systems

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Must be able to travel between branches
