This role involves safely loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse and production areas under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks, pallets, trays, storage racks, conveyors, and machines

Enter material transactions accurately into the computer system or catalog
-
Maintain First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory system

Verify counts and shipping documents before signing for shipments and receipts
-
Sort and place materials in designated storage locations
-
Report material shortages to purchasing or warehouse supervisors
-
Ensure overnight and ground shipments are processed daily
-
Count and record material and product during physical inventories and audits
-
Comply with all safety rules and maintain neat, orderly work areas
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
-
0 to 1+ years of general work experience

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Basic math skills
-
Willingness and ability to learn to operate powered lift trucks and other material handling equipment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Team player with good communication skills
