Phone Operator
Location: San Juan, TX
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, 5 days per week, 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (One day off during the week; one Saturday off per month)

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage all incoming calls, directing them appropriately

Enter data accurately and update customer information in databases

Assist customers by answering questions and providing support

Pull reports as needed to assist the team

Handle multiple phone lines simultaneously

Deliver excellent bilingual customer service

Utilize computer systems efficiently to perform job duties
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required

Strong customer service orientation

Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
