Job Title: Experienced Machine Operator
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $11.25 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Open to 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Weekend and overtime flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manufacturing machines such as presses, drill presses, and plastic molding equipment

Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met

Perform routine machine adjustments and maintenance as needed

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience with manufacturing machinery preferred

Ability to pass a background check

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends
