HR Generalist
$18.01 per hour
Edinburg, TX
Will be responsible for processing the functions of the day-to-day administration and coordination of the Employee Insurance and Benefits Program. Will assist with establishing employee's eligibility coverage, effective dates, and payment responsibility for employee enrolled. Will provide summary overviews of the eligible insurance and benefits to new employees at New Employee Orientation as well as during open enrollment. Will compile technical reports as required. Will be responsible for conducting periodic file audits.
Will interpret human resources policies and procedures. Will prepare correspondence as required. Will perform other related general HR work as assigned. Strong Benefits experience is needed. Must have graduated from a four year college or university with major course work in human resources management, business admin, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years work experience in the human resources field.
Work Schedule:
M-F
8:00am-5:00pm
