Job Title: Custodian (2nd Shift)
Location: Weslaco, TX
Pay Rate: $13.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (flexible schedule or as needed)

Key Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces

Handle floor care including stripping, waxing, and polishing

Conduct basic building maintenance and minor repairs

Maintain and operate custodial equipment and request necessary supplies

Assist with vehicle inspections, car washes, and service appointments

Support office moves and help maintenance team complete work orders
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning and general building maintenance

Proficient in floor maintenance, including stripping and waxing

Ability to read and understand written instructions in English

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
