Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pharr, TX
Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime/on-call as needed)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle all customer interactions, including inquiries, updates, and complaints

  • Process orders, input customer information, and manage rate details in company systems

  • Support dispatch and driver teams to ensure freight delivery flows efficiently

  • Generate and deliver quotes to existing and potential customers

  • Refer service feedback and sales leads to relevant internal teams

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company data

  • Ensure professional conduct, appearance, and communication at all times

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially with coursework in information systems)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in customer service within the transportation/trucking industry required

    • 5 years of overall customer service experience preferred

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software

    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Other: Must possess a valid driver’s license
