Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and assign daily tasks to mechanics and inspectors to ensure smooth operations

Perform diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and vehicle inspections while upholding safety and quality standards

Train and mentor staff on tools, procedures, and safety protocols

Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and shop inventory

Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and support company operations
Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus

Proven experience in mechanical repairs and team supervision

Strong knowledge of automotive tools, diagnostics, and safety practices

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
