Job Title: Material Handler (Stand-Up Forklift Experience Required)
Location: Mission, TX
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Material Handlers to join a well-established company in the Mission area. This role is essential to the warehouse operations and supports timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders and other materials as requested by Headquarters and Sales Offices
-
Ensure accurate selection and scanning of materials for each order
-
Prepare products for shipment and apply customer labels as needed
-
Inspect all outgoing shipments and stock transfers for accuracy and quality
-
Receive finished goods, verifying for discrepancies or damages
-
Load and unload shipments safely
-
Sort, stage, and place materials on racks or bins following proper procedures
-
Restock products in the warehouse efficiently
-
Assist with periodic physical inventory counts
-
Operate hand pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks (stand-up forklift experience required) safely and responsibly

Conduct daily inspections of power industrial trucks and equipment
-
Assist in training new hires on warehouse processes
Qualifications:

Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift and other material handling equipment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
