Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers over the phone with account-related inquiries

Make updates and changes to customer accounts as needed

Collect and process payments accurately

Perform general clerical tasks and support office functions as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:

Must meet background and drug screen requirements

Minimum of 6 months of customer service or clerical experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
