Location: McAllen, TX (South McAllen)
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of manufacturing equipment, including presses, drill presses, and plastic molding machines.

Ensure machinery is running properly and safely during assigned shifts.

Perform routine quality checks on products.

Maintain clean and organized workstations in line with safety standards.

Support production goals by working efficiently and collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:

Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Ability to pass a background check.

Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Strong attention to detail and safety-minded attitude.
